A consultancy usually delivers a report and leaves. We work inside your company with your teams: the audit, the strategy, the implementation and the training, with the same people from start to finish.
Do you replace our team?
No. We work alongside your people. We bring the AI know-how, they bring the knowledge of the business, and they stay in control of what gets built.
How do we start?
With a 20-minute call. If it makes sense, we begin by getting to know your teams and running an AI readiness audit, so the first steps are based on how you actually work.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, the number of teams involved and the pace you want. After the first call we send a concrete proposal, with no commitment.
Do we need a technical team?
No. If you have one, we work with them. If not, we handle the technical side and document everything so your people can use and own it.
What happens with our data?
We work inside your accounts with minimal access and under NDA. Every system is designed with GDPR and the EU AI Act in mind.
