How much does the Business Readiness Audit cost?

It starts from €1,250, fixed price. Spanish B2B usually adds 21% IVA. If the scope expands, multi-site or multi-property, legacy stacks, or more systems than a single-site baseline, we shape a custom engagement together.

What happens after the audit?

You choose: continue, reshape, or stop. If you stop, you pay for the audit only and keep the system map and the findings note.

Is this just a sales step towards a rebuild?

No. It's a fixed piece of work with its own deliverables. If the findings say you don't need a rebuild, that's what we'll tell you.

Our supplier holds the code. Can you still do this?

Yes. We work with whatever you can get: source code, a database export, stored procedures, even old documentation and screenshots. The audit tells you how far that material goes.

Is our code safe with you?

We sign an NDA before seeing anything, work read-only, never need personal data, and use business AI accounts that don't train on your data.

What do you need from our team?

Read-only access, a technical contact for about two hours a week, and any documentation you have, however old.
