Sabemos AI Academy legal notice

1. What the Academy is

The Sabemos AI Academy is a free, informational catalogue of open source resources made by third parties: skills, MCP servers, workflow templates, subagents, rules files and others. Sabemos AI selects, classifies and describes these resources and links to their original sources.

2. Third party resources

Sabemos AI does not create, maintain, control or distribute as its own the resources in the catalogue. They belong to their authors and are governed by their licences and terms. The commands, configurations and files we show come from each project's public sources and may change without notice.

3. No warranties

All Academy content and linked resources are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of operation, security, accuracy, compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose, absence of malicious code or availability.

4. The security review is indicative

The security scan and the Official, Recommended and Listed ratings are automatic and based on public signals such as the licence, repository activity and a search for risky patterns in the code. They are not an audit, a certification or professional advice. A resource may contain vulnerabilities or harmful behaviour the scan does not detect, and its state may change after our review.

5. Your responsibility

You alone decide whether and how to use a resource. Before installing or running anything, review the code, its dependencies, the permissions it asks for and the credentials it can reach; test it in an isolated environment; keep backups; and make sure your use complies with its licence and applicable law, including data protection law. Running commands or connecting tools to your company's systems and data is at your own risk.

6. AI generated content

Academy descriptions, summaries, translations, use cases and FAQs are written with the help of AI models from each project's public information. They may contain errors or omissions. The original source always prevails.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sabemos AI is not liable for any damage, direct or indirect, arising from access to the Academy or use of the resources it links to, including loss or leakage of data, security incidents, business interruption, loss of profit or damage to equipment and systems. The Academy is a free service.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any rights consumer protection law gives you.

8. External services

The "Open in" buttons send the prompt text, which may include the resource's file, to third party services such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity. Install buttons open third party applications such as Cursor or VS Code. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Do not include confidential information you do not want to share.

9. Trademarks

Names, logos and trademarks shown in the Academy, such as Claude, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Gemini, Perplexity, Cursor, VS Code, n8n or GitHub, belong to their respective owners. They are used only to identify their products. Their presence implies no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

10. No professional advice

Academy information is not technical, security or legal advice. Sabemos AI provides professional services only under a specific contract.

11. Takedown and corrections

If you are the author or owner of a resource and want it corrected or removed, or if you spot a security problem, write to connect@sabemos.ai with the link. We will review it within a reasonable time.

12. Resource submissions

By submitting a resource you confirm you have the right to share the link. Sabemos AI may accept, reject or remove it at any time without giving reasons.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update this notice; the current version is the one published on this page. It is governed by Spanish law. Nothing in it affects the rights EU law gives consumers.
