What it does

Agents Can Communicate (ACC) lets sessions in different AI clients, such as Claude Code and Codex, exchange questions and reviews on your machine. It adds hooks and a skill, and saves decisions, verification results and handoffs for later sessions. Each session keeps its own model, conversation and permissions.
