What it does

Records a Claude Code run through a local proxy and replays it offline. A replay reproduces the run exactly with the network off, or forks it from any checkpoint onto a different model. Shell exit codes, per-turn file changes and MCP calls sit on the same timeline as the model traffic. The project is marked as early.

Use cases

  1. 01Reproduce an agent run that broke something
  2. 02Review shell results and file changes turn by turn
  3. 03Fork a run onto another model and compare outcomes
