What it does

A Claude Code skill that helps draft Chinese invention patent applications in line with current CNIPA filing rules. It works from a short description of the invention, follows a checklist for the five required documents and their paragraph numbering, and runs a self-check before producing a PDF for review. The final XML conversion is done by the patent agent.
