What it does

codemem keeps coding memory across sessions, machines and teammates for OpenCode, Claude Code, Codex and the Pi agent. It captures decisions, dead ends and repository-specific traps, then brings relevant memories into later prompts. Memories live in local SQLite, and optional peer-to-peer sync can carry selected project memory between machines.
