What it does

Forge adds a structured planning loop to Claude Code. It turns an objective into a DAG of modules, validates that plan, and has worker agents build the modules in parallel, each in its own git worktree. Each module has its own verify commands and acceptance criteria, defined at planning time.

Use cases

  1. 01Split a large feature into modules that build in parallel
  2. 02Keep each module in its own worktree so parallel workers do not overwrite each other
  3. 03Review a plan's dependencies before any code is written
