What it does

A command line tool that lists your recent Claude Code sessions across all projects on your machine. For each one it shows the project path, a summary, the git branch, the model and the turn count, plus a command to resume it. The --open option reopens a set of sessions in terminal tabs. It reads local files only and sends no data over the network.
