What it does

mentor is a skill for Claude Code and Codex that reads your local session history from ~/.claude and ~/.codex. It groups sessions into themes and totals messages, tool calls, edits and tokens. It then writes a self-contained HTML report with concrete fixes. Nothing is uploaded, and the skill runs on your machine.
