What it does

A Claude Code plugin that generates project instructions, coding guidelines and test setup from your codebase. It then supports quality passes such as code review, refactoring, test-driven development and a resumable fix loop, all checked against those guidelines. It includes experimental support for OpenAI Codex. The goal is to keep the context your assistant reads clean and consistent.
