Skill Interview Builder

Teams and individuals who want to create a Claude skill without knowing its file format, just by answering questions. A skill that writes other Claude skills through a structured interview. It asks questions in three rounds about the core intent, the runtime environment and the expected output, confirms a short summary after each round, and lets you skip uncertain questions so it can use sensible defaults. The result is a complete skill folder with SKILL.md, reference and example files, plus five test prompts.
