wrap is a Claude Code skill that gathers the scattered markdown files of a project, such as README, AGENTS and HANDOFF files and docs folders, into one canonical CLAUDE.md. It checks that content against the actual code and then removes the original files. A PROGRESS block at the top records the current state and the next action.
